Playwriting classes at the Royal Court Theatre

Twenty teenagers took part in the  ‘Five Day Play’ Workshop at the  Royal Court Theatre, Summer 2011.

They created and performed their own new plays, all in just 5 days, learning about acting, devising and writing for the stage with Ade and Vernon Douglas, a professional director from the Royal Court Theatre.

Result? Four excellent new short plays (about families, friendship, crime and power) and a good time had by all!
